Plain language, no traps. These terms explain what you can expect from Ariadot and what we expect from you. If something here reads as a real limitation, that is because it is one, and we would rather you understand it than be surprised by it later.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ariadot ("Ariadot", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a Google account, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use Ariadot.
Ariadot is a personal assistant that, with your permission, reads your email and calendar to identify commitments and surface them to you as a daily brief and a set of "loops" you can act on. It uses automated systems, including AI models, to do this. Ariadot is an assistive tool: it can be wrong, miss things, or misjudge what matters. You remain responsible for your own commitments, deadlines, and decisions.
To use Ariadot you connect one or more Google accounts and grant read-only
access to Gmail (gmail.readonly) and Google Calendar (calendar.readonly),
plus your name and email for identification. Ariadot cannot send, delete, or modify
your email or calendar. You can disconnect any account or revoke this access at any time in
Settings, which stops Ariadot reading that account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ariadot. By using it you confirm that you are, and that the Google accounts you connect are yours (or that you have permission to connect them and to let Ariadot read their contents).

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe breaches these rules.
Ariadot uses AI models to decide which messages matter, what to surface as a commitment, and what to set aside. These decisions are assistive, not consequential. They affect what the app shows you, nothing legal or financial. The models can produce mistakes or omissions. You can accept, dismiss, or permanently decline any suggestion, and you can see what Ariadot did with each email in the in-app Activity view. You should not treat Ariadot's output as professional advice of any kind.
Your email, calendar, and the loops, notes, and handbook entries you create remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you: to read, process, store, and display your content back to you, and to pass strictly necessary, masked data to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Ariadot is currently free to use during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged, and you will be able to decline. Nothing in these Terms obliges you to pay for anything you have not agreed to.
You can stop using Ariadot at any time. To remove your data, use Delete account in Settings. Deletion runs with a 7-day grace period. Sign back in within 7 days to restore everything; after 7 days it is permanent and irreversible, and your Google access is revoked upstream at Google. We may also suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Ariadot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariadot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed commitment, deadline, or decision you made (or didn't make) in reliance on the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and communicate material changes in the app. Continuing to use Ariadot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
